How a re-roof usually runs

  1. Free look and quote

    We get up on the roof, check the sheets, battens and flashings, and give you a clear quote for the job.

  2. Stripped in sections

    The old sheets come off a section at a time, with the new sheets going on behind. The photo below was taken mid-job.

  3. Check underneath

    Battens and fixings are checked as the old roof comes off, so the new roof is fixed to something sound.

  4. New roof and flashings

    New sheets, flashings and capping go on, finished to shed water the right way at every joint.

  5. Clean up

    Old sheets, offcuts and screws are taken away and the site is cleaned up when we finish.
