What Miranda roofs deal with
Every suburb is a bit different. Here is what we look out for on Miranda roofs.
Original tile roofs
Many homes in Miranda still have their original concrete or terracotta tiles. After decades in the weather, tiles turn porous, the pointing cracks and broken tiles let water in. When a tiled roof is leaking in several places, a tile to metal conversion often makes more sense than another round of patching.
Shops and workshops
Miranda also has shops, factories and workshops. We look after commercial roofs too, from box gutters and leaks to full re-roofs, planned so the business keeps running.

Dave gave me a great quote. He was able to do the job even though he was still working on another .. other companies had not turned up so very grateful for fixing the leak in my roof
Dave did a great job fixing our leaky roof, and sorting out some previous builder's defects. Fast, onsite quote, great communication, competitive pricing and punctual! Couldn't recommend more!!
